Pre-Requisite for Rostering
Rostering for the 2011-2012 season will require that a USA Hockey registration and MAHA Background check is completed for EVERY coach on your roster.
In addition, a MAHA background check is required for your manager and any parent that will be in the locker room.
All documents should be forwarded to your team manager and turned in with your rostering packet.
