CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2010/2011 '97 HAWKS

 

OFFENSE: Cody Burns, Nic Fernandez, Michael Kettenbeil, Justin LaFrance, Nathan Lipon, Hunter MacDonald, Kurt Nylen, Evan Phillips, Travis Wysocki,

Off-ice Speed and Strength training starts tomorrow; Wed's 7/28 6:30-8:00 PM at the Duck Lake Park.   

Fall 2010/2011 '97 Hawks mark your calendars...

We will have ice after tryouts are completed every Monday and Thursday starting Monday August 2nd and finishing Thursday September 2nd.  The Fall 3 skates/week schedule will start September 7th after the Labor Day Holiday weekend.

We will have speed and strength training 3 days/week starting August 1st. 

NOTE: These skates and training sessions are for the Fall 2010/2011 rostered '97 Hawks only.

Come join the Hawks with speed and stregth coach Mike Fernandez every Wednesday and Saturday!

WED'S: 6:30-8:00 PM

SAT: 8:30-10:00 AM

Location: Duck Lake Recreation Park; 1/2 mile South of M-59 on the West side of Duck Lake Road.  We'll be working out by the tennis courts.  Wear workout appropriate gear for the weather.  We go rain or shine!  It's FREE...
