Background Checks
Reminder: Any adult that plans to enter the locker room must complete the background check waiver on the LHA or MAHA website. This includes aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas, ANY ADULT that will be in the locker room. If we do not have a record of this on file, you will be asked to leave the locker room. MAHA is being very strict on this rule so please complete the online form and provide confirmation.
